Creative Photography – Barrel load of Trouble
I GOT SHOT AT THE SALOON BAR
Here is a shot of the ‘Old Man’ or one of the ‘Hill Billy’s’ as he is known at his clay pigeon shooting club, which is where this image was actually shot.
How did I help?
Unlike most of the Movie Poster photoshoots, this was a special one off in the style of an epic western. Bazil and his team mates at their Clay Pigeon shooting club are known as The Hill-Billy’s… Why you may ask? They all have long hair and beards and this shoot was set up to give exactly that feel.
About this Movie Poster photoshoot.
This image was taken using a minimalist set up of a single speedlite flash and natural daylight, it was actually shot at the back of the clay pigeon shooting club shed, this one involved a lot of digital artwork to give it an old authentic look, but it was worth every minute (hours) to achieve the final look. I have since sold multiple prints of this right up to a huge 24 x 18 inch for the club wall!
The final images were printed at Loxley Colour using the incredible Kodak Professional ENDURA Metallic paper and look simply stunning!
If you would like to see any examples of my work in the flesh, just let me know and I can bring a range of samples for you to see. You really will be impressed.
